ANZ Tennis Hot Shots is tennis for kids! It’s a program designed to help every child, no matter their age or ability, jump in and start playing tennis. ANZ Tennis Hot Shots is played on smaller courts with modified equipment, including lighter racquets, lower nets and low compression balls that don’t bounce too high.
With four stages available at Tennis Blast, qualified Tennis Australia coaches will help guide your kids every step of the way.
Squads / Age Groups:
• Launch PAD – Blue Ball (ages 3–5)
• Red Ball (ages 5–8)
• Orange Ball (ages 8–10)
• Green Ball (ages 9+)

Squad Training

Our squad training is available for anyone who has just completed their green ball training from Hot Shots, or anyone who wants to give Tennis a try!
Various squad groups available depending on ability, including entry level squads, talent development, and elite squad! Contact our head coach Tim today to learn more about our squad training.
Get your kid involved in tournaments! For each JDS tournament we organise a shuttle bus and accommodation for all participants from our club.
